This Shipping & Return Policy is part of our main Terms and Conditions and should be reviewed together. By placing an order through Bosolli Kids Shop, you agree to the terms below regarding shipping, delivery, and returns.
1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS
We provide a range of shipping options to best suit your needs. Depending on your location, some products may be fulfilled directly from our warehouse, while others may be shipped by one of our trusted third-party suppliers.
2. FREE SHIPPING
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. Orders below $50 will incur a standard shipping fee as shown below:

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped, including tracking information. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Delivery times depend on your location and the chosen shipping method. Standard delivery usually takes 2–10 business days after dispatch. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or courier issues beyond our control.
5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. However, we plan to expand our international delivery options in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!
6. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the courier’s website for real-time delivery updates.
7. RETURN POLICY
We want you to love every purchase from Bosolli! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify.
8. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To begin a return, please contact our support team at support@bosolli.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
9. REFUNDS & PROCESSING
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to post the refund to your account.
10. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us immediately at contact@bosolli.com. Include a photo and order details, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
